1. Achieve individual and team KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average ticket, NPS, and conversion rates.
2. Engage with clients to build long-term relationships and cultivate brand loyalty using various clienteling tools.
3. Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training modules both in-person and virtually through the Gucci Retail Training portal.
4. Support the back-of-house team with cycle count and stock take processes as required.

1. Full availability across Monday to Sunday.
2. Previous experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
