Gucci Client Advisor

- Deliver personalised luxury client experiences and convert needs into sales by demonstrating deep product knowledge and brand passion.
- Drive individual and store KPIs, including sales targets, client outreach, average transaction value, NPS and conversion rates.
- Proactively engage and nurture client relationships through clienteling tools and tailored follow-up to build long-term loyalty.
- Complete onboarding and ongoing training modules via the Gucci Retail Training portal to maintain up-to-date product and selling knowledge.
- Support stock management activities for the department, including cycle counts and stock-take processes as required.
- Full availability across Monday–Sunday.
- Previous experience in luxury or high‑end retail is advantageous.
- Demonstrable client-facing presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional service as a brand ambassador.
- Collaborative team player focused on achieving store targets and KPIs.
- Energetic, professional demeanour with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in luxury or high-end retail is advantageous; candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and building long-term client relationships will be prioritised.
Secondary education completed; tertiary study in business, fashion, marketing or communications is desirable but not mandatory.
