1. Experience working in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing clients.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends.
