- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
- Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality.
- Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
- Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or requests.
- Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
- Uphold the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Maintain a neat and organized stock room.
- Adhere to Gucci image standards and guidelines.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base salary range: $17.27 USD to $18.00 USD per hour. Eligible for benefits and incentive programs.
