1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
3. Stay informed about the latest product offerings, collections, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with clients.
4. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's aesthetic standards.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and poise.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
2. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Gucci brand.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer service role.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or related field is preferred.
