Gucci Client Advisor

- Achieve commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including clienteling KPIs, sales per transaction, units per transaction, average unit retail, cross-selling, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci's service standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with worldwide visual guidelines.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
- Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
