1. Achieve commercial sales targets and key performance indicators, including clienteling KPIs, sales per transaction, units per transaction, average unit retail, cross-selling, and conversion rates.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
3. Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with Gucci's service standards, including proactive follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales services.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with worldwide visual guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning and development to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
7. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and report incidents as required.
8. Utilize company tools and platforms effectively, adhering to standard operating procedures and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
2. Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on sales and exceeding KPIs.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
