1. Serve customers in alignment with the Gucci selling ceremony.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers to exceed their needs, showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage.
3. Ensure cross and up-selling across all product categories.
4. Engage with clients to discuss general fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
5. Build and strengthen customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities, ensuring customer comfort.
6. Monitor and update customer information using Company tools (CRM) to retain existing customers and identify new high-potential ones.
7. Achieve individual and store goals, contributing to business development.
8. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborating effectively and proposing solutions.
9. Assist in managing the visual display of products according to Gucci visual standards.
10. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
11. Oversee product replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.
12. Adhere to Company grooming standards as per Gucci policies.
