4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve client needs.
6. Develop and expand a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.

1. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
2. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
3. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

Some experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment is required.
