4. Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships and making them feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to effectively serve clients.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and cultivating top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality sector.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and in-depth knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English, with additional languages being advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
