1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by utilizing available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships to make them feel valued from their first interaction.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to provide tailored client solutions.
6. Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and the luxury fashion industry.
4. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
