1. Support the team in consistently meeting guest expectations.
2. Ensure appropriate attention to guests and provide active support when needed.
3. Assist the Head Bartender in planning drink and food service in the bar.
4. Verify customer identification to ensure legal age for alcohol purchase.
5. Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
6. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, including balancing the cash register.
7. Maintain a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

1. Experience in the Italian bar industry is essential.
2. International experience and achievements are advantageous.
3. Familiarity with company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
4. Ability to transport dishes from the kitchen to tables.
5. Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
6. Open-minded and receptive to constructive criticism.
7. Continuously seek improvements in operations and make suggestions.
8. Awareness of HACCP standards and commitment to high hygiene standards.
9. Proficiency in processing customer payments.
10. Comprehensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
