1. Support the team to consistently meet guest expectations.
2. Ensure appropriate attention to guests and provide active support when needed.
3. Assist the Head Bartender in planning drink and food service in the bar.
4. Verify customer identification to ensure legal age for alcohol purchase.
5. Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
6. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately, ensuring correct charges and change.
7. Maintain a clean work and dining area, including trash removal, table cleaning, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
8. Take orders and ensure guests feel well cared for during their time at the bar or event.
9. Assist in other operational functions, including restaurant opening and closing duties, cleaning and clearing tables, and side duties such as polishing silverware and filling condiments.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector.
2. Strong understanding of food safety and quality regulations.
