1. Manage the assigned range, surpassing client expectations at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura.
2. Ensure exemplary service delivery and meticulous mise en place preparation.
3. Take orders and guide clients through the dining experience, recommending meal and wine pairings.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a Chef de Rang role.
2. Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
3. Fluency in English and Italian.
