- Manage the assigned range, surpassing client expectations at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura.
- Ensure exemplary service delivery and meticulous mise en place preparation.
- Take orders and guide clients through the dining experience, recommending meal and wine pairings.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Chef de Rang role.
- Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Client-oriented approach with a solutions-oriented attitude.
- Spontaneity and genuineness, with discretion and professionalism.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
At least 2 years of experience in a Chef de Rang position, with a preference for those with a background in luxury hospitality.
