- Ensure optimal and timely preparation with meticulous attention to detail.
 - Supervise the preparation and cooking of food, organizing work groups by assigning various tasks to kitchen staff.
 - Coordinate preparation methods for both cooked and raw foods, including cutting, filleting, marinating, and cooking methods for different products, as well as the use of aromatic herbs and spices.
 - Ensure synchronization and efficiency of kitchen operations.
 - Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing food orders and controlling pantry supplies.
 - Verify the mise en place of courses.
 
- Strong attention to detail
 - Excellent organizational skills
 - Ability to coordinate and supervise kitchen staff
 - Proficiency in various cooking methods and techniques
 - Effective communication skills
 
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment is required.
