1. Ensure optimal and timely preparation with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Supervise the preparation and cooking of food, organizing work groups by assigning various tasks to kitchen staff.
3. Coordinate preparation methods for both cooked and raw foods, including cutting, filleting, marinating, and cooking methods for different products, as well as the use of aromatic herbs and spices.
4. Ensure synchronization and efficiency of kitchen operations.
5. Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing food orders and controlling pantry supplies.
6. Verify the mise en place of courses.
