- Ensure optimal and timely delivery of food preparation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Supervise the preparation and cooking of food, organizing work groups by assigning tasks to the commis de cuisine.
- Coordinate preparation methods for both cooked and raw foods, including various cutting, filleting, marinating, and cooking techniques.
- Ensure the synchronization and efficiency of kitchen operations.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing food orders and controlling pantry supplies.
- Verify the mise en place of courses.
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment is required.
