- Meet and exceed all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
- Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring regular communication and follow-up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
- Engage in proactive learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
- Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
- Utilize company tools and applications effectively and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.
- Proficiency in using technology and learning new systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is required.
