1. Meet and exceed all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), cross-selling, and conversion rates.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and personalized service.
3. Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring regular communication and follow-up on client inquiries and requests, including after-sales services.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
5. Engage in proactive learning to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Assist with back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report incidents as required.
8. Utilize company tools and applications effectively and adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment.
2. Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in using technology and learning new systems.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury service environment is required.
