Gucci Business Training Manager

- Support and implement training strategies within the Central market to enhance key performance indicators and ensure a consistent client experience.
- Execute training activities as directed by senior leadership, including the Senior Vice President of North America Retail and Director of Retail Training.
- Facilitate monthly district training calls and contribute to the development of training content.
- Create training materials for morning briefings and other training activities.
- Coach and train sales associates through direct observation, providing feedback and demonstrating luxury service standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum of five years' experience in a formalized training role within retail.
- Experience in a client-facing role within a retail environment preferred.
- Luxury retail experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience in planning and executing training events of various scales.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to manage and adhere to a travel budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
A minimum of five years in a formalized training position within retail, with additional experience in a client-facing role preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 to $120,000.
