Gucci Boutique Client Specialist

1. Deliver personalised client service at every stage of the buying journey, advising on styling, product characteristics and current trends.
2. Present and merchandise the collection in strict accordance with Gucci brand standards and visual guidelines.
3. Proactively develop and maintain client relationships, driving repeat business through effective clienteling and follow-up.
4. Contribute to individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross‑selling.
5. Support omnichannel operations and store management activities as required to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Act as the visible face of the brand, consistently embodying company values and professional standards.

1. Previous customer-facing experience; experience in luxury or premium retail is strongly preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, client-focused demeanour.
3. Solid product knowledge and an active interest in fashion trends and brand heritage.
4. Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
5. Legal authorization to work in South Korea.
