Gucci Back Office Assistant

- Process and report daily banking and cash closures to store management and Finance office.
- Ensure accuracy of transactions and report discrepancies to Finance/Accounting teams.
- Manage store deposits and reconciliations.
- Update end-of-day and monthly reports, ensuring balance between open and closed clients.
- Monitor and manage store credits.
- Supervise distant sales and verify order forms and payment details.
- Liaise with couriers for delivery and order issues, ensuring refunds when necessary.
- Ensure all sales to buyers are included in the store Team Sales pool.
- Serve as the store expert for Jasper and SAP systems for accounting reports and activities.
- Train Cashiers on national and local legislations and company accounting/financial policies.
- Prepare and update weekly/monthly sales staff KPIs reports.
- Complete administrative tasks as required by Store Management.
- Support store management in team rotation planning.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Store Management, Corporate Offices, and Providers.
- Strong commitment to the Gucci brand and motivation for a store-based role.
- Attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience in a similar administrative or accounting role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
Accounting educational background is preferred.
