Gucci Associate Store Director

- Collaborate with the Store Director to enhance sales performance and achieve sales targets while ensuring operational integrity.
- Exhibit sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Manage stock levels in coordination with key business departments to optimize full-price selling and align with new product launches.
- Educate associates on current collections and brand strategies, collaborating with internal departments for product support.
- Uphold Gucci's image through adherence to company grooming standards and wardrobe guidelines.
- Lead client relationship development and propose local events through continuous networking.
- Oversee superior customer service and after-sales experiences to foster customer loyalty.
- Support company CRM initiatives by implementing action plans and monitoring CRM database reporting.
- Adhere to company policies, including Operations, Human Resources, and security standards.
- Conduct loss prevention audits, inventory reconciliations, and manage merchandise shipments.
- Assist in talent management, including coaching sessions, performance reviews, and recruitment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per global headquarters guidelines.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and the ability to inspire trust and influence a team.
- Capability to analyze sales reports, identify business trends, and respond to business needs.
- Entrepreneurial vision and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 4-6 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
