Gucci Associate Store Director

- Collaborate with the Store Director to drive sales performance and achieve budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full-price selling.
- Educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies through effective training.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, developing strategies to address performance gaps.
- Represent the Gucci image through adherence to grooming standards and wardrobe.
- Foster client relationships and propose local events to enhance customer loyalty.
- Implement and execute CRM initiatives, capturing meaningful customer data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including operations, HR, and security standards.
- Conduct loss prevention audits and manage inventory to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize company assets.
- Support talent management through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing team members, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Entrepreneurial vision and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to enhance customer experiences and build loyalty.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Sales leadership and customer engagement.
- Stock management and product launch alignment.

A minimum of 4-6 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
The estimated base salary range is $117,000 USD to $130,000 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program based on performance.
The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and a 401K plan.
