- Lead the team in delivering superior client-centric service and after-sales experience to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Support Team Managers in enhancing client experience and loyalty through hospitality and exclusivity.
- Develop and implement local event and business opportunities through networking and leveraging top-client relationships.
- Drive collaboration among Team Managers, Store Clienteling, and Store Training to achieve strong clienteling-related activities and training.
- Guide the team in executing company CRM and client development initiatives, devising effective action plans.
- Oversee the utilization of clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition.
- Manage client flow on the selling floor to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Coach the team to manage and resolve client service issues, aiming to retain and enrich client relationships.
- Lead company-driven local events and product launches to ensure client attendance and sales results.
- Maintain knowledge of competition and local trends to stay connected with market evolution.
- Act as a role model by embodying professionalism, ethics, and leadership with people and clients.
- Assist Team Managers in managing team performance and development, ensuring high engagement and improvement.
- Foster a growth mindset and challenge team members to seek innovative solutions.
- Provide ongoing feedback, on-the-job coaching, and quality career conversations.
- Inspire proactivity and accountability in cultivating and empowering talents in the store.
- Lead engaging Store Briefings to communicate key business objectives and action plans.
- Manage employee-relations matters in partnership with the Store Director and People Partner.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team, building a talent pipeline.
- Support a consistent Gucci onboarding experience for new hires.
- Partner with the Store Director to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients and ensuring high-level client service.
- Manage stock levels to maximize full-price selling and maintain high sell-through.
- Ensure team training on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Drive company KPIs by identifying and implementing strategies when performance standards are not met.
- Manage staff resources and schedules to drive sales and maintain client service standards.
- Adhere to company policies and oversee operations, people, and security.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches.
- Comply with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
- Provide accurate schedules and payroll records.
- Support After Sales services and maintain Visual Merchandising standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security aspects.
- Represent Gucci through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $117,000 USD to $130,000 USD. Eligible employees may also participate in an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
