Gucci Associate Merchandising Manager - Women's Ready-to-Wear and Silks

1. Drive seasonal business strategies to exceed financial goals within Open to Buy (OTB) parameters in collaboration with the Senior Merchandising Manager and Vice President.
2. Implement key messages and guidelines from Worldwide merchandising during buying campaigns.
3. Develop assortments aligned with brand growth strategies and financial plans.
4. Analyze selling trends and manage reorders and consolidations to optimize sales and profitability.
5. Collaborate with Inventory Planning for timely allocation of new products, prioritizing key locations for an omnichannel approach.
6. Partner with Visual Merchandising to highlight high potential products and styles needing support.
7. Conduct in-season analysis and propose strategies to optimize assortments by store and channel.
8. Manage the merchandising process, providing product guidance and facilitating new order placements.
9. Coordinate special projects across categories during buying campaigns.
10. Deliver qualitative and quantitative feedback to Worldwide teams.
11. Review competitor activity and internal/external pricing to optimize product positioning.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant buying experience in fashion and/or luxury environment.
3. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
4. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, 30-40% of the year.
5. Ability to work a demanding schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Base salary range is $85,000 to $90,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
