- Conduct legal analysis and monitoring of labor legislation.
- Draft internal memos, employment contracts, procedures, and recommendations on individual and collective labor relations.
- Prepare files related to social litigation and participate in the development of defense strategies.
- Support in maintaining relations with employee representative bodies.
- Assist in collective bargaining and drafting of company agreements.
- Participate in social audits and integration of companies during acquisitions.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law or enrolled in a law school.
- Exhibit strong legal rigor and analytical skills.
