1. Conduct legal analysis and monitoring of labor legislation.
2. Draft internal memos, employment contracts, procedures, and recommendations on individual and collective labor relations.
3. Prepare files related to social litigation and participate in the development of defense strategies.
4. Support in maintaining relations with employee representative bodies.
5. Assist in collective bargaining and drafting of company agreements.
6. Participate in social audits and integration of companies during acquisitions.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Law or enrolled in a law school.
2. Exhibit strong legal rigor and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team.
