Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien Legal Intern - Information Technology and Communications
The Groupe Les Echos – Le Parisien, a media subsidiary of LVMH, commands a prominent position across various markets, including economic press, general daily press, financial information, arts and culture, events, and corporate services. - Assist legal professionals in drafting and validating contracts in IT, intellectual property, business law, and advertising.
- Manage and monitor litigation and pre-litigation cases in press law, trademark infringements, and business law.
- Conduct legal research and monitoring on data protection, competition law, and collective management societies.
- Provide internal clients with legal assistance and advice through notes and consultations on data exploitation, AI, and European regulations.
- Support the implementation of CNIL recommendations for internal clients, including privacy by design and data subject rights.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Law, specializing in Digital Law, New Technologies Law, Personal Data, or Intellectual Property.
- Strong knowledge of French and EU data protection regulations and digital law.
- Interest in new technologies sector.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Competence in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, curiosity, synthesis ability, organizational skills, service orientation, and teamwork spirit.
A significant internship in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.
Master's degree in Law (Digital Law, New Technologies Law, Personal Data, Intellectual Property).
