Glenmorangie New Packaging Development Coordinator

- Support the NPD team in the development and execution of new product launches and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) projects.
- Lead the coordination and validation of all product labelling, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Production, Legal, Regulatory) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including specifications, artwork, and approvals.
- Assist in the trialling and testing of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) internally and with Intertek.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for project updates and reviews.
- Monitor and track project budgets.
- Provide general support to the NPD team as needed.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects, ideally within a product development or marketing environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Production, Legal, Regulatory).
- Experience managing relationships and communication with external suppliers or vendors.
- Knowledge of packaging materials.
- Experience with product labelling, particularly regarding regulatory compliance and brand guidelines.
- Experience with POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials).
- Experience with monitoring and tracking project budgets.
- Proficiency in data management and documentation.
