- Support non-operational functions including Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Hospitality, and Whisky Creation.
- Deliver HR projects and initiatives within assigned business areas.
- Provide expert HR advice to ensure organizational changes are understood and implemented.
- Advise the Head of HR on necessary adaptations to the organizational structure.
- Manage headcount planning budgets for business areas.
- Conduct career conversations to support employee mobility and progression.
- Coach managers on inclusive recruitment and selection processes.
- Ensure effective management of employee relations cases.
- Support the ICR process by coaching managers on compensation discussions.
- Guide line managers through employee relations issues as a confidential advisor.
- Anticipate and adapt to internal and external trends affecting business operations.
- Relevant qualifications or demonstrated experience in HR.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis, interpretation, and presentation.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Calm and flexible demeanor.
- Collaborative working style and strong team player.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources is required.
