1. Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with bottling experience.
2. CI/Operational Excellence expertise.
3. Minimum 5 years of management responsibility with a proven track record in team development.
4. Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to engage a team in continuous improvement.
