- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, implementing best practices.
- Manage capacity to deliver cased goods supply on time.
- Collaborate with the Production and Supply Chain Director on the strategic manufacturing plan for future growth.
- Deliver Operational Excellence and sustainable production strategies.
- Optimize resources to meet production demands and maintain cost-effective operations.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to improve manufacturing performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of processes.
- Manage and develop the Bottling Production leadership team.
- Set challenging KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead projects to enhance production team and site efficiency.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with bottling experience.
- CI/Operational Excellence expertise.
- Minimum 5 years of management responsibility with a proven track record in team development.
- Extensive problem-solving skills and ability to engage a team in continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
