1. Act as an ambassador for the Glenmorangie brand, passionately advocating its values.
2. Manage the check-in process, including welcoming guests, conducting house tours, and confirming guest requirements.
3. Ensure presentation standards are consistently met for all public areas.
4. Engage with customers to educate them on the food and whisky journey.
5. Support Senior Front of House staff in setting up and delivering tastings.
6. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
7. Ensure stock levels of all consumables are maintained.
8. Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures at Glenmorangie House.

1. High level of customer service experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
3. Ability to connect easily with others.
4. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
5. Collaborative team player.
6. Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
