- Act as an ambassador for the Glenmorangie brand, passionately advocating its values.
- Manage the check-in process, including welcoming guests, conducting house tours, and confirming guest requirements.
- Ensure presentation standards are consistently met for all public areas.
- Engage with customers to educate them on the food and whisky journey.
- Support Senior Front of House staff in setting up and delivering tastings.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
- Ensure stock levels of all consumables are maintained.
- Adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures at Glenmorangie House.
- High level of customer service experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to connect easily with others.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Collaborative team player.
- Proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
