1. Act as a passionate ambassador for the Ardbeg brand.
2. Support operational teams as needed.
3. Educate guests about the House and local area, arranging bookings as required.
4. Lead meal service periods to ensure quality service.
5. Manage customer flow to meet service and revenue targets.
6. Conduct tastings to the highest standard and maximize upsell opportunities.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
8. Collaborate with Hotel and Communications teams for VIP and special events planning.
9. Oversee food and beverage delivery during events.
10. Train team members in company standards and operations.
11. Complete checklists for shift patterns, including opening and closing.
12. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
2. Experience in luxury hospitality.
3. Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service.
4. Experience in telephone sales.
5. Demonstrated situational management skills.
