1. Serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for the Ardbeg brand, creating memorable visitor experiences.
2. Deliver tastings with precision and support retail opportunities.
3. Conduct tours to a high standard and ensure consistency.
4. Collaborate with the DVC team to develop seasonal tour programming aligned with brand storytelling.
5. Complete operational checklists and perform opening/closing duties daily.
6. Maintain a welcoming and well-presented environment in all visitor-facing areas.
7. Provide knowledgeable retail support, assisting guests in exploring and purchasing products.
8. Support café and Ardstream operations as needed, adapting to various visitor experience areas.
9. Perform daily reconciliation of tills and credit card machines.
10. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
11. Maintain vigilance to ensure the safety of staff and guests, resolving or reporting issues as necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy operational environment.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with stock and till systems.
3. Demonstrated situational management skills, capable of engaging with both the general public and VIPs.
