1. Lead the Ardbeg Distillery as Site Leader, shaping its future and legacy.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ISO, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards.
3. Drive a culture of safety excellence and manage site safety performance.
4. Develop and execute strategies for distilling, maturation, and whisky supply to achieve business goals.
5. Optimize distillery operations to meet production quality, performance, and budgetary targets.
6. Cultivate a high-performing team to deliver impactful solutions for business growth.
7. Control and minimize costs and losses throughout the production process.
8. Oversee upgrade projects and new installations to modernize facilities.
9. Implement maintenance and replacement programs to safeguard assets.
10. Manage on-site contractors, ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and compliance.
11. Collaborate with the Production & Supply Chain Director to set KPIs and drive business improvements.

1. IBD Diploma in Distilling or BSc in Brewing & Distilling
2. Undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., Science, Engineering)
3. NEBOSH qualification advantageous

Proven and established experience in a leadership role within the Distillation, Brewing, or Food & Beverage Industry.
