- Develop and execute targeted media and press strategies that reinforce the brand’s positioning in the luxury watch segment.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with national and international journalists, editors, and industry influencers.
- Draft, edit and distribute press materials — releases, Q&As, backgrounders and executive statements — in German and English.
- Coordinate and manage press events, product launches, factory visits and media appointments, ensuring high standards of brand presentation.
- Respond promptly to media enquiries and act as a liaison between editorial contacts and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyse and report on media coverage and PR KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product and After-Sales teams to align communications and ensure messaging consistency.
- Support reputation and crisis communications planning and execution when required.
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a closely related discipline.
- Proven media network and demonstrable experience handling press relations in Germany and internationally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Strong editorial judgement and experience preparing high-quality press materials and media kits.
- Ability to manage events and complex stakeholder schedules with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfort working within a luxury brand, with sensitivity to premium positioning and product craftsmanship.

Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in public relations or media relations, preferably within luxury goods, watchmaking, or high-end consumer brands.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or equivalent.
