Givenchy Warehouse Manager

- Oversee the Central and European warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and resilient logistics services.
- Manage the partnership interface with logistics providers, guiding daily operations and addressing peak periods and disruptions.
- Organize and supervise logistics for private sales events, approximately five annually.
- Negotiate contracts, establish budgets, and monitor costs, ensuring compliance and optimizing expenditures.
- Analyze and address reception and shipment anomalies, coordinating weekly reviews with central teams in France and Italy.
- Serve as the logistics liaison for e-commerce operations, supporting specific projects and managing packaging development and stock.
- Direct the reception and dispatch of production and collection materials, optimizing stock management.
- Support central teams on stock and logistics issues, enhancing logistical aspects and performance reporting.
- Lead warehouse-related projects, including system tests and WMS/SAP project management.
- Implement and support new logistics flows, continuously improving warehouse core models and processes.
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or information systems.
- Strong autonomy and customer orientation.
- Highly structured and organized approach.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Technical and IT proficiency, including SAP, WMS, office software, and VBA.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 3 years in logistics or information systems is required.
Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education.
