13. Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products and key business essentials.
14. Take proactive actions based on client feedback.
15. Identify loyal clients' passions and social involvement to create CSR opportunities.
16. Perform other duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, aftercare, and inventory control.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. 3-5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or cross-industry roles.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
4. Strong presentation skills.
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM tools.
6. Experience managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations diplomatically.
7. Key Holder experience.
8. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
