- Organize international air and sea transport.
- Coordinate national road transport.
- Monitor and control express shipments.
- Analyze and communicate performance indicators.
- Participate in transport steering committees.
- Manage reverse logistics flow.
- Coordinate collection movements with markets.
- Track international shipments and deliveries.
- Handle import customs clearances.
- Update and adapt management files.
- Create and communicate dedicated performance indicators.
- Support the launch of the Givenchy Transport Management System (TMS).
- Design solutions to transform management and performance tracking tools.
- Identify and propose initiatives to improve the carbon footprint of Givenchy's transport.
- Create and monitor relevant environmental performance indicators and participate in internal communication.
- Enrollment in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program, ideally specializing in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Significant internship or work-study experience.
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of quantitative data with precision.
- Proactive and autonomous work style.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
No prior professional experience required, though relevant internship or work-study experience is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Internship agreement is mandatory. Duration of 6 months with a start date in April or July 2025. Hybrid working mode with occasional travel to the logistics warehouse in Sorigny.
