Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and coach the team on the shop floor, fostering autonomy, versatility, and excellence.
- Implement and drive the selling ceremony based on excellence.
- Train the team daily on all product categories.
- Manage the zoning of the floor to optimize sales adviser presence.
- Support team growth and motivation.
- Participate in annual performance evaluations and action plan implementation.
- Actively participate in team recruitment and training follow-up.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and support sales to achieve objectives.
- Develop and retain customers, deploying customer retention strategies.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales.
- Handle customer disputes.
- Ensure team product knowledge and passion for the brand.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for product reporting and stock status.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to maximize sales potential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
- Managerial experience is essential.
- Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.
Skills
- Fluency in English; a second language is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience Requirements
