1. Lead and manage the sales team to achieve optimal performance and provide an exceptional customer experience.
2. Implement and drive a selling ceremony based on excellence and train the team across all product categories.
3. Conduct morning briefings and manage the zoning of the sales floor to optimize staff presence.
4. Support team members in their professional growth and motivation, participating in annual performance evaluations and action plan implementations.
5. Engage actively in recruitment processes and ensure comprehensive training follow-up.
6. Enhance customer relations by offering an excellent customer experience and supporting sales to meet objectives.
7. Utilize digital tools to drive sales and manage customer disputes effectively.
8. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge within the team and foster enthusiasm for the brand's heritage and products.
9. Collaborate with store management, retail management, and merchandising teams for detailed product and stock reporting.
10. Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to maximize sales potential.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
2. Proven managerial experience.
3. In-depth product knowledge and ability to conduct a high-standard selling ceremony.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
