Givenchy Quality and Care Coordinator

- Manage stock and customer complaints from partners across all product categories, including request entry, quality diagnosis, and service proposals.
- Ensure information flow from the region to HQ Quality teams for quality analysis and action plans.
- Oversee the functionality of applications and report any encountered issues.
- Coordinate disputes with the Wholesale EMEA Commercial team and regional teams.
- Guarantee high service levels for repairs through regular follow-ups with production in Italy, central warehouse, workshops, or other providers.
- Validate quality returns at the warehouse.
- Ensure the supply of spare parts to partners and monitor production of spare parts orders to maintain service levels.
- Update and communicate activity indicators to internal teams.
- Assist in the development of new projects to improve tools and procedures.
- Enrolled in BTS, IUT, Business School, or equivalent program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English
- Italian language skills are advantageous
