Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and coach the team on the shop floor, fostering autonomy, versatility, and excellence.
- Implement and drive the selling ceremony based on excellence.
- Train the team daily on all product categories.
- Participate in morning briefings and manage floor zoning to optimize sales adviser presence.
- Support team growth and motivation, and conduct annual performance evaluations.
- Participate in recruitment and ensure training follow-up.
- Offer excellent customer experience and support sales to achieve objectives.
- Develop and retain customers, deploying customer retention strategies.
- Use digital tools to enhance sales and handle customer disputes.
- Ensure product knowledge within the team and challenge them on trends and competitor knowledge.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for product performance assessment and sales boosting actions.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to maximize sales potential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury sector experience as a plus.
- Managerial experience is essential.
Skills
- Fluency in English; a second language is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
