Givenchy Team Manager

- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experiences.
- Implement and uphold a selling ceremony based on excellence.
- Conduct daily training sessions across all product categories.
- Facilitate morning briefings and manage floor zoning to optimize sales adviser presence.
- Support team members in their professional growth and motivation.
- Participate in annual performance evaluations and action plan implementations.
- Engage actively in recruitment processes within the team.
- Ensure comprehensive follow-up on training initiatives.
- Provide an exemplary customer experience and enforce these standards within the team.
- Support sales efforts and guide the team to achieve sales objectives.
- Challenge the team to continuously improve key performance indicators.
- Develop and retain customers while implementing customer retention strategies.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales.
- Address and resolve customer disputes.
- Ensure team product knowledge and convey passion for the brand and its heritage.
- Challenge the team on trends, fashion news, and competitor knowledge.
- Assess sales performance by product category and collaborate on actions to boost sales.
- Collaborate closely with store management, retail management, and merchandising teams for product and stock reporting.
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to maximize sales potential.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury sector experience preferred.
- Essential managerial experience.
- Comprehensive product knowledge and adherence to high-standard selling ceremonies.
- Ambassadorship of the Maison and its values.
- Fluency in English, with a second language preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to listen and persuade effectively.
- Challenge-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Strong reactivity and initiative-taking abilities.
- Organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Interest and talent in people development.
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
