Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and coach the team on the shop floor, promoting autonomy, versatility, and excellence.
- Ensure a professional and supportive work environment with clear objectives.
- Implement and drive the selling ceremony based on excellence.
- Train the team daily on all product categories.
- Participate in morning briefings and manage floor zoning to optimize sales adviser presence.
- Support team growth, motivation, and day-to-day matters.
- Participate in annual performance evaluations and action plan implementation.
- Actively participate in team recruitment and training follow-up.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and support sales to achieve objectives.
- Challenge the team to improve key performance indicators.
- Develop and retain customers, deploying customer retention strategies.
- Use digital tools to enhance sales and handle customer disputes.
- Ensure product knowledge within the team and promote the brand's history and icons.
- Challenge the team on trends, fashion news, and competitor knowledge.
- Assess sales performance by product category and implement actions to boost sales.
- Collaborate with store management, retail management, and merchandising for product reporting and stock status.
- Work with the visual merchandising team to maximize sales potential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
- Managerial experience is essential.
- Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.
Skills
- Fluency in English; a second language is preferred.
