1. Oversee the sales team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experience.
2. Lead and coach the team on the shop floor, fostering autonomy, versatility, and excellence.

4. Implement and drive the selling ceremony based on excellence.
5. Train the team daily on all product categories.
6. Participate in morning briefings and manage floor zoning to optimize sales adviser presence.
7. Support team growth and motivation, and participate in performance evaluations.
8. Actively participate in recruitment and training follow-up.
9. Offer excellent customer experience and support sales to achieve objectives.
10. Develop and retain customers, deploying customer retention strategies.
11. Use digital tools to enhance sales and handle customer disputes.
12. Ensure product knowledge within the team and promote the brand's history and icons.
13. Collaborate with stakeholders for product performance assessment and sales boosting actions.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with luxury sector experience as a plus.
2. Managerial experience is essential.
3. Fluency in English, with a second language preferred.
