- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and exceptional customer experiences.
- Implement and drive the selling ceremony with a focus on excellence.
- Conduct daily training sessions across all product categories.
- Facilitate morning briefings and manage floor zoning to optimize sales advisor presence.
- Support team growth and motivation through daily guidance and performance evaluations.
- Participate actively in recruitment and training follow-up.
- Ensure the delivery of an outstanding customer experience and enforce these standards within the team.
- Support sales efforts and guide the team to achieve sales objectives.
- Challenge and improve key performance indicators continuously.
- Develop and retain customer relationships while implementing customer retention strategies.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance sales and address customer disputes.
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge within the team and promote the brand's history and values.
- Collaborate with Store Management, Retail Management, and Merchandising for product performance assessments and stock status reporting.
- Work closely with the Visual Merchandising Team to maximize sales potential.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven managerial experience.
- In-depth product knowledge and ability to conduct high-standard selling ceremonies.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong listening and persuasion abilities.
- Result-oriented mindset with a taste for challenges.
- Quick reactivity and sense of initiative.
- Organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Interest and talent in people development.
Minimum of 5 years in retail, with managerial experience essential. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
