Givenchy Supply Planner Intern

- Optimize target stock levels for European Outlet stores.
- Monitor performance indicators such as coverage rate and availability rate.
- Control and communicate stock shortages.
- Manage and track new product shipments according to the calendar.
- Track resale rates and analyze sales performance.
- Analyze and monitor storage capacities and fill rates for Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer collections.
- Manage returns for slow-sellers and end-of-season items.
- Analyze and respond to store requests.
- Update reporting tools and decision-support systems.
- Analyze and monitor warehouse stock levels by category in the short, medium, and long term.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university program.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and Visual Basic.
- Experience with SAP and BI tools like COGNOS is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Autonomous with a sense of initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
- Sensitivity to the luxury industry.
Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in an analytical role within a Supply Chain team.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field.
Interns will gain comprehensive exposure to supply chain distribution processes within the luxury retail context, fostering privileged interactions with product merchandising teams.
