1. Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
2. Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
3. Adhere to all company policies.
4. Capture all relevant customer information for database entry.
5. Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Maintain and expand a client book.
7. Consistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
8. Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
9. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.

1. Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
2. Action-oriented with a drive for results.
3. Service-oriented with a strong customer focus.
4. Social perceptiveness.
5. Problem-solving capabilities.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
