1. 2-3 years' experience in a similar position within luxury/fashion retail or a demanding customer-centric environment.

2. Ability to empathize with customers.
3. Proficiency in English and Russian is an advantage.
4. Genuine passion for fashion.
5. Understanding of Givenchy’s brand identity.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury or fashion retail.
