Givenchy Showroom Press Coordinator Intern

1. Manage the showroom, including setting up collections.
2. Coordinate visual merchandising for collections, ready-to-wear, and accessories for both men and women.
3. Handle supplies and stock management.
4. Coordinate the handover of collections with product business units (ready-to-wear, footwear, leather goods, jewelry, eyewear).
5. Oversee international coordination of press samples, including delivery planning, Press Days follow-up, and weekly meetings with press production.
6. Update dispatches in collaboration with customer service.
7. Provide lines lists and tracking documents, and collect attestations for exotic materials.
8. Manage collections for advertising campaigns with the Image department.
9. Handle all internal requests from business units, production, image, and sales teams.
10. Manage collection logistics (packing, transportation, presentation) during press events in Paris with Visual Merchandising.
11. Coordinate collections for Press Days in Paris, US, London, Milan, and Asia.
12. Participate in event calendar for fashion shows, managing photographers backstage, on the podium, and at photocalls.
13. Coordinate and manage the collection in the showroom during Paris Press Days, interfacing with the showroom manager and visual merchandising for collection setup.

1. Internship experience in Press Communication, ideally in the Fashion & Luxury sector.
2. Fluent in French and English.
