1. Manage the prototyping phase of leather goods assembly, ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
2. Interpret patterns and identify component parts for assembly.
3. Assemble luxury bag parts and accessories, maintaining both functional and aesthetic standards.
4. Proactively suggest technical and quality improvements.
5. Collaborate daily with technical teams, including pattern makers and product development.
6. Utilize specific instruments such as tweezers and clobber’s knives effectively.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues during the assembly process.
8. Engage with CAD and industrialization teams to promote continuous improvement.

1. Minimum of 10 years experience in all phases of prototyping.
2. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes for luxury leather goods.
3. Understanding of raw materials including metal hardware, leather, and fabrics.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in prototyping within the luxury leather goods sector is required.
