1. Manage the prototyping phase of luxury leather goods assembly, ensuring adherence to project deadlines.
2. Interpret patterns and identify component parts for assembly.
3. Assemble bag parts and accessories, maintaining high standards of functionality and aesthetics.
4. Propose technical and quality improvements proactively.
5. Collaborate daily with technical teams, including pattern makers and development teams.
6. Utilize specific tools such as tweezers and clobber’s knife for assembly tasks.
7. Identify and resolve technical issues during the assembly process.
8. Work closely with CAD and Industrialization teams to foster continuous improvement.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in all phases of prototyping for luxury leather goods.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes for luxury bags.
3. Familiarity with raw materials including metal hardware, leather, and fabrics.
