1. Conduct trend, material, and iconographic research to conceptualize collection themes and create mood boards.
2. Provide a strong creative contribution by developing hand sketches for fashion shows and pre-collections based on themes selected by the Artistic Direction.
3. Develop color ranges and collaborate with the atelier for prototype and model creation.
4. Validate prototypes during collection fittings and ensure the design process is executed flawlessly and on time.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in cross-functional projects for capsule collections and special projects for muses.
6. Engage in sourcing materials and manufacturers, and attend accessory/material/fabric trade shows.
7. Contribute to the creation of sales books and participate in commercial briefings and press events.
8. Manage, train, and develop a team of two designers, enhancing their understanding of industry evolution, competitor strategies, market trends, and offerings.

1. Degree from a Design School or equivalent background.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Ability to produce numerous handwritten sketches, known for having a 'Belle Main.'
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
5. Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
6. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 8 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Degree from a Design School or equivalent background.
