Selling Supervisor

1. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Maintain personal accountability for individual performance objectives.
3. Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels.
4. Stay up to date with current market trends and competitors.
5. Maintain understanding of the brand’s product knowledge for all product categories.
6. Demonstrate and implement the Givenchy Selling philosophy and ceremony.
7. Mentor and train new hires and encourage team collaboration.
8. Embody the Givenchy brand in customer interactions.
9. Deepen and develop relationships with clients to drive loyalty and spend.
10. Cultivate new and existing guests with ongoing communication.
11. Capture customer data through client discovery.
12. Implement best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
13. Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products.
14. Take proactive actions on client feedback.
15. Identify loyal clients’ passions for CSR opportunities.
16. Perform other duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
17. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. 3-5 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

1. Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and listening.
2. Excellent presentation skills.
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM tools.
4. Experience with diplomatically managing multiple commitments.
5. Multilingual is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

$20 - $26 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
