1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Givenchy at the Harrods Concession, providing exceptional customer service to an international clientele.
2. Welcome clients, ensuring a comfortable environment and building strong relationships to assist in product selection.
3. Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing extensive product knowledge.
4. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying updated on fashion trends, participating in training, and educating oneself on Givenchy product lines.
9. Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.
4. Strong business acumen and experience working with retail KPIs.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
